CCC House
After spending the better part of 3 months working with another design firm and not being one hundred percent bought into the overall design and concept, our client made the bold move to reach out and seek help moving the house in a direction they were inspired by. After some back and forth, they decided to make the hard decision to start the project over, but this time in collaboration with AMA. With a fresh perspective, we went to work creating the perfect home for our client’s young family. At just under 5,000 sq. ft. and hosting a family of 5, it was critical that the home, first and foremost, fit all of its complex needs. Sitting on a lot that is only 60’ wide and a stone’s throw away from Colonial Country Club, the ability to maximize their yard space both for play and entertaining was critical. Architecturally focused on a simple material palette and a presentation of symmetry to the street, this five-bedroom home includes a dynamic kitchen, dining, and living arrangement perfect for dinner parties. Add in a generous study, exercise, and playroom, topped off by a primary suite to write home about. For a client looking for inspiration in their day-to-day lives, this home certainly provides all that and more!
