SOUTHWESTERN REMODEL

When a devastating weather event struck our client’s home in Dallas, TX, it left behind more than just damage—it left an opportunity. Rather than simply repairing what was lost, our clients saw a chance to reimagine their home, shaping it into something even greater than before.

Their vision was clear: a home that not only restored what was damaged but also elevated their everyday living experience. Challenges like the absence of a true primary suite and a lack of functional outdoor space became the driving force behind a transformation that would redefine how they lived.

In collaboration with our clients, we designed and built an additional 1,500 square feet of beautifully integrated space. This included a vibrant game and TV room, a thoughtfully designed mud/utility room, and the centerpiece of the remodel—a primary suite that exudes luxury and tranquility. To complete this masterpiece, we created a 200-square-foot private balcony, extending the suite into the open air and crafting a breathtaking new rear elevation.

The result? A seamless fusion of Colonial Revival charm with modern-day functionality and timeless elegance. But beyond the architectural beauty, this remodel represents something far more profound—a home that now truly serves its family, offering comfort, connection, and possibility for years to come.
