SUNDAY HOUSE
Some homes mark the beginning of a new chapter—The Sunday House is one of them. Designed for longtime University Park residents embracing a new phase of life, this home reflects their journey from a full house to a space curated for comfort, connection, and effortless living.
After discovering the perfect corner lot in East Dallas, they partnered with us to bring their vision to life—a home that honors tradition while embracing the future. Inspired by the simplicity and warmth of a classic Sunday House, we crafted a retreat where timeless materials meet modern design, where every space feels intentional, and where memories will unfold effortlessly.
At 3,000 square feet, the home is an intimate yet expansive sanctuary. The first floor is built for entertaining—an inviting space where conversations flow as easily as the design itself. A study and exercise room offer moments of quiet retreat, while the upstairs primary suite and second-level balconies provide a private escape. Outside, a front and side yard extends the living experience—vibrant, welcoming, and ready for both quiet mornings and lively gatherings.
More than a house, this is a home designed to evolve—a place where old traditions meet new possibilities and where family and friends will gather for years to come. This is what happens when you trust the process, collaborate with intention, and create a space that truly reflects the way you want to live.
